We knew very quickly that we could rely on his advice because of his deep experience and the professionalism he brings to his work. He was available to answer our questions and went to bat for us in negotiations, but he was always courteous to the other party as well. He cares about relationships and trust, so he's always up front with everyone involved. We also ended up working with the mortgage broker he recommended, and they were great too. As he told us at the start, his goal is to make the deal go through with everybody happy, and that's exactly what happened.
